- Axiom’s qualification process ensures that reliability and manufacturability meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Stress test environments (such as High Temperature Operating Life, Highly Accelerated Stress Testing, Autoclave, and Temperature Cycling/Shock) are used to accelerate typical field failure mechanisms.
- Acceleration factors are developed to establish stress duration and demonstrate reliability through the products useful life.
- Ongoing stress monitoring ensures continued reliability throughout the life of the product
