Axiom Microdevices’ award-winning CMOS PA integrates full quad-band GSM/GPRS functionality on a single integrated circuit, using mainstream 0.13um silicon CMOS technology. This patented technology eliminates the need for proprietary GaAs process technologies and complex and expensive multi-chip module technology.
